Release Notes: Data sets with baseline mutations

Last week, we added data set connectivity to baseline mutations triggered from CI tools.

We added the ability to connect data sets to test cases via the API call made from your CI tool. It can be done with a new field, called datasetName, which was added to testCase structure on our baseline mutation API. The field will link the test case to the dataset with the name informed.
